Sends a synthetic message.received payload to the destination to verify wiring. webhook destinations receive a signed POST; beep_inbox returns delivered with skipped=true. The synthetic body has the same keys as a live reply except that conversation_id is null, conversation_url is absent, and message_id is a random UUID that resolves to nothing. Requires a manager or admin API key.
