Create a status callback destination

Creates a status callback destination. A signing secret is generated when not provided and returned once as generated_secret. Requires a manager or admin API key.

Signing secret used to HMAC-sign status callbacks (X-Beep-Signature). Stored encrypted and never returned. Omit to have Beep generate one and return it once as generated_secret. Mutually exclusive with generate_secret.

When true, Beep generates a strong signing secret and returns it once as generated_secret. Mutually exclusive with secret.
